This Privacy Policy explains how FRV CONNECT HUB ("FRV CONNECT HUB", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the FRV CONNECT HUB omnichannel messaging platform available at http://localhost:3000. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data we collect

We collect account information (name, email, password hash), organization and billing details, conversation metadata, and the content of messages processed through connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). We also collect technical data such as IP address, device information, and usage logs.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), based on your consent for non-essential cookies and marketing (Art. 6(1)(a)), and on our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How we use data

Data is used to provide and operate the inbox, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Recipients and processors

We share data with processors acting on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR: Meta Platforms (channel delivery), Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments). Some processors may transfer data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and afterwards only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Conversation data is removed following soft-deletion and our scheduled cleanup process.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@conectoo.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and tenant isolation by organization. Access tokens are encrypted before storage and we never log credentials or payment data.
