These Terms of Service govern your use of the FRV CONNECT HUB platform provided by FRV CONNECT HUB. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service
FRV CONNECT HUB is a multi-tenant omnichannel messaging platform for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Features and availability may change. The service is offered on a subscription basis as described at the time of purchase.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, be at least 18 years old, and ensure that members of your organization use the platform in accordance with these terms and your internal policies.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, to send unsolicited messages (spam), or in any way that violates the policies of Meta or other channel providers. You are responsible for the content you send.
Third-party channels
The service relies on Meta APIs (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook). Your use of these channels is also subject to Meta's terms and policies, and we are not responsible for changes, limits, or suspensions imposed by these providers.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. FRV CONNECT HUB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Spanish or EU law.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.
